Job Details
One of the UK's leading organisations for cultural relations and education opportunities is looking to recruit a Transformation HR Partner on a fixed term contract for 12 months. The Transformation HR Partner will be responsible for taking the lead on planning activity with the ability to challenge project assumptions ensuring plans are realistic and achievable. The Transformation HR Partner will also develop a full understanding of the HR programme and monitor, analyse and report on proposed current operational performance. The Transformation HR Partner will have previous experience with planning the delivery of large HR projects with proven experience in stakeholder management ideally with an international or multi geographical locations. The organisation is based in central London and is one the UK's leading organisations for cultural relations. The organisation works with over 100 countries across the world in the fields of arts, culture and education, and, is looking to recruit a Transformation HR Partner on a 12 month fixed term contract.
