Job Details
The HR Officer role will play a critical role in ensuring that all employees at the site are treated in a manner that is truly reflective of our values and cultural intention. The HR Officer role will partner the Site Manager and operate as a true generalist.

As HR Officer you will:
Profile
You will have:
- Significant experience in a HR Advisor / Officer role, ideally within a logistics, retail and manufacturing environment.
- Credibility and impact to act as a true business partner to the site management teams.
- Experience dealing with ER issues.
- Experience with driving forward a performance management agenda.
- Ideally have some experience of working within a unionised environment but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of current Employment Law.
- Ability to deliver change programmes e.g. TUPE
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills.
- CIPD qualification is desirable.
