Associate Occupational Physician

Kirklees Council are looking to contract the services of an Associate OH Physician (AFOM or FFOM) for one day per week to service the local authority Occupational Health service and its clients. 

You will be based at Employee Health Care Unit, Kirklees Council, Rowan Bank, Claremont Street, Huddersfield, HD1 5BY

You will be required to deliver a full OH Physician remit with an emphasis on management referrals, ill health retirements and HAVS. 

Kirklees Council has its own multidisciplinary service consisting of Occupational Health Advisors, Technicians, Physiotherapists and Counsellors with an emphasis on preventative health and wellbeing.

An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required for this job.  A conviction may not exclude candidates from appointment but will be considered as part of the recruitment process.
