Job Title: Payroll Supervisor
Salary: £27,000 - £40,000
Location: Aberdeen
Contract: Permanent

Ashley Kate are working for a large organisation in their search for a Payroll Supervisor on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the day to day payroll operations

About the role
Your duties will include:

• Preparing and running the staff and expat payroll
• Oversee foreign payrolls by third parties
• Ensure all statutory deductions and payments are correct and paid on time
• Be responsible for the benefit and pension scheme
• Work closely with the global compensation teams and make sure local taxes are paid correctly
• Mange the payroll system and work with HR to ensure it remains accurate
• Be responsible for system updates
• Stay up to date with payroll legislation and ensuring the company maintains compliance

About you

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Minimum of 5 years + payroll experience
• Previous experience of foreign taxation
• Ideally knowledge of PeopleSoft
