A leading property consulting firm are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to cover a 12 month maternity leave contract. This role sits alongside 2 additional HR Advisors and 2 HR Assistants, within a larger UK HR team and is managing a large client group of 750 across various divisions of the business. The head office where this role is based, is in Central London, close to Oxford Circus.

This position will see you:

Supporting a client group of 750 across multiple departments

Acting as the Employment law advisor, managing complicated ER cases

Guiding Managers on ER cases and escalate complex disciplinaries, grievances and appeals where neccessary

Management reporting, presenting analysis and recommendations to key leaders re trends and concerns

Drive talent management and succession planning programmes to future proof and retain staff

Implement performance management process, working with L&D to support development

To be considered for the role you will need to possess:

Strong HR Advisor experience, ideally within a coporate/ professional services environment

Indepth understanding of UK employment law

Strong ER experience with the ability to lead on cases, end to end

Previous experience advising on performance management processes

Exposure to TUPE would be advantageous
