An exciting new job opportunity has arisen in Stowmarket for a HR Administrator within a growing and well-established organisation, helping to both support and deliver high standards of practice across the business.
Your new role
Reporting into the Group HR Manager you will be responsible for:
- Providing support and advice to managers regarding employee relations
- Ensuring effective communication within the team
- Recruitment and on-boarding
- Preparing starter packs
- Monitoring training and development
- Supporting with staff appraisals and disciplinaries
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will need to come from a HR background with the intent to further your learning and development in this field. You will also be able to communicate effectively to ensure you can build and strengthen relationships. Whilst a CIPD level 3 is desirable, this is not essential. Whilst being primarily based in Stowmarket, you will also be required to to travel between various branches in the surrounding areas.
What you'll get in return
In return, the company is offering a salary between £19,000 - £22,000 per annum. There is also the possibility for further training on the job for those seeking to further their knowledge and understanding in HR. Free onsite parking is available for use at all locations that you will be required to work.
