Graduate Recruitment Manager

This leading city law firm is looking for a Graduate Recruitment Manager to join the firm. Working across EMEA this role will see you leading the Graduate Recruitment offering for the firm reporting into the Director of Legal Recruitment.

Managing the recruitment of trainee solicitors across EMEA you will be responsible for implementing the strategy for each cycle ensuring pipeline and building on the firms brand. Working across both the recruitment and development piece this is a great role for a candidate who is ready to step uo into a Manager role or indeed currently working at Manager level but looking for a new challenege in a role offering an EMEA focus. In a highly visible and high touch role this is a great opportunity for a solid Graduate Recruitment specialist.

The firm is looking to meet with candidates who have previously worked in a law firm and are passionate about graduate recruitment. You will have sound knowledge of SRA regulatons and have a solid background in the legal graduate recruitment space. You will be a natural communicator, be pro active and very much a team player.
