Senior HR Advisor
The Opportunity A commercially focused UK charity based in London is currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor. This is an 18-month fixed term contract
Strong UK ER and change management experience, TUPE employment law large case load is a main part for this role
This is to join a proactive environment, where you will report directly into a HR Business Partner.
The Detail you will provide high quality HR generalist coaching and advisory services to employees and business leaders
Provide leadership coaching and guidance to the HR Advisors to improve collective performance via direct coaching and personal development plans.
Provide advice and guidance on Employment Relations issues
Maintain excellent employee relations climate by establishing and maintaining trustworthy relationships with managers, employees and Trade Union representatives.
Act as the HR representative at consultation meetings with staff in relation to redundancies or changes to terms and conditions of employment.
Provide employment advice and procedural guidance in relation to Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment (TUPE) situations.
Skills and Experience You will be a strong HR generalist and extensive high-volume case management experience
Recent experience of working in a large, fast paced organisation with multi-site responsibilities and a CIPD qualification or studying towards it.
Relevant UK experience is essential
