HR Advisor London North
A fantastic permanent opportunity for an HR Advisor has arisen at this large and diverse organisation based in South London. This is a really interesting, varied and busy role where you will be responsible for the whole employee lifecycle across different sites in the South London. Although you will be travelling to the different sites, you can manage this within normal working hours.
One of the positives about this role is that you will manage your own time; i.e. when you will be based in the office, flex time is part of the role.
Acting as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on a wide range of issues from ER to talent management
Developing managerial capability to support the achievement of business goals and objectives
Training, coaching and supporting line managers in building their team's capabilities
Responsible for succession planning, undertaking data analysis feeding into the wider talent management and recruitment strategy
Supporting with organisational design projects
Driving continuous improvement
Ad hoc initiatives and projects
Skills and experience
Must have gained the above experience within a matrix organisation
Having experience of looking after different sites would be adventitious
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law and working to Best Practice
Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
Strong organisational and planning skills
