A leading cultural constitution based in North London is currently recruiting for a permanent HR assistant. This is a great opportunity to get more exposure. You will work within a team and will report directly into the Head of HR.
*To be the first point of contact for day-to-day routine HR questions and queries Excellent customer service
*Management of the HR inbox, ensuring issues and queries are handled in a fair and consistent manner Work closely with the HR team leaders to ensure all administration is completed in a timely manor
*Help run the recruitment, selection and on-boarding processes
*Ensure appropriate on-boarding paperwork and new starter administration is completed for every new employee. (e.g. contracts of employment, right to work checks, probationary reviews)
*Manage the induction programme for new joiners, ensuring joining staff have a solid introduction to the business. Deliver the 'HR induction' session to new joiners
*Working the HR Assistant for Payroll, update the HRIS (ADP), including new joiners, leavers, changes, absence and other variable changes.
*Assist in the administration of the monthly payroll process, overseeing the production of standard reports.
*Working with the HR Office / Head of HR, assist with the management of employee relations issue. Where required act as a note taker at meetings
*Participate in any HR related project work where required
Skills and Experience
*Experience of working in a HR role within a busy and diverse environment to include pro-vision of advice and administration at all levels
*Demonstrable recruitment and selection experience / knowledge
*Experience of working with a number of different HR database and recruitment systems
*Some exposure to HR casework and guiding mangers on a variety of employee relation matter - or a willingness to learn.
* Experience of reviewing HR administrative processes and procedures
*Experience of L&D design, review and analysis, to produce a blended-leaning approach
