Page Personnel are working with a leading firm in the industrial sector based in Batley, who are actively seeking a HR Advisor to add value to their HR function. In a busy and varied position within a forward-thinking and well-established HR team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the entire employee lifecycle including overseeing recruitment campaigns, management of E.R cases along with leading on various projects.

Description

In a fast-paced and varied HR Advisor position based in Batley, roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up new partners including, planning and implementing immersion plans and creating partner files making the process as simple as possible for hiring managers
  • Continuous improvement for HR processes and the maintenance and organisation of shared HR drives/templates
  • Working with line managers to resolve capability issues and the end to end management of complex ER cases
  • Provide advice, guidance and support to line managers on HR related matters across the business
  • Managing the full cycle of recruitment campaigns from advertising, screening CVs and holding telephone interviews

Profile

* Previous generalist experience in a HR department working in an operational environment across all areas of the employee life cycle, preferably within an advisory role
* Proven ability to effectively organise, prioritise, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across the business organisation
* CIPD qualified preferred

Job Offer
