Client Details

Our client based in the Burgess Hill area are seeking a Receptionist - Part Time for an on-going temporary assignment.

Description

As Receptionist - Part Time you will be responsible for:

  • Distribute incoming mail and parcels
  • To arrange travel and accommodation for members of staff
  • To ensure the appearance of Reception area is maintained to a high standard
  • To answer calls received through the main switchboard, taking and passing on messages as appropriate
  • Greeting visitors, ensuring accurate signing in procedure is followed and directing visitors to the appropriate area
  • Arranging for parcels to be collected by courier - including to international destinations - and completing all appropriate paperwork
  • To track shipments, attach Proof of Delivery and file documentation as appropriate
  • To order items of stationery and office supplies
  • To assist with tasks as required in the absence of the assistants

Profile

The ideal candidate is available to interview and start immediately, has previous reception working knowledge and is happy to work part time between the hours of 8am and 6pm. This hours is for 25 hours per week.
