Your new role
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be a key member of the EMEA Leadership team and will be responsible for partnering with the regional MD and their leadership team, providing advice and delivering value-add interventions in all areas of People. You will be responsible for designing and delivering a people agenda/strategy that is fit for purpose in order to achieve the Regional Business Plan and Company objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring that culture and behaviours are continually reinforced and developed and that line managers are fully equipped and up-skilled to meet the People aspects of their role. You will be responsible for overall People delivery of projects, initiatives, transitions and mobilisations, liaising and working closely with in country People teams where appropriate.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent you will have experience of working as a Senior HR Business Partner within a global FTSE listed business ideally within the property or facilities management sectors. You will be able to demonstrate your experience of operating across EMEA including managing complex ER casework and managing relationships and leading negotiations with works councils. Proven experience of employee transfer strategies, with TUPE/ARD is essential. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to a 12 month FTC.
