The HR Advisor will play a key role in providing consistent, accurate and timely human resources advice and support on a day to day basis liaising with human resources colleagues, including other members of operations, reward and benefits, training and development and the Business Partners.

Description

  • Providing consistent, accurate and timely human resources advice
  • Develop strong and effective working relationships
  • Using the formal job evaluation scheme
  • First point of contact for HR queries
  • Dealing with any ER matters, disciplinaries and grievances.
  • Improving policies and procedures
  • Dealing with rewards and benefits matters
  • Providing advice on recruitment processes
  • Overseeing the payroll process

  • Strong Human Resources operations
  • Excellent communicators

  • Excellent employment law knowledge
  • Exposure to HR, payroll & recruitment systems
  • Good understanding of a job evaluation scheme
