Workforce Development Consultant

Part time (3 days per week)

3-month FTC

Evesham

£28,000 Full time equivalent

A great 3-month project exists for an experienced Workforce Development consultant to join a HR team that are supportive and proactive.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Mapping job roles to identify mandatory and role specific training

- Liaising with managers to identify specific individual training for succession planning and retention

- Creating training that is interactive, fit for purpose and delivering key learning outcomes that are in line with the set business objectives.

- Creating a central reporting platform to be kept and updated by the HR department

Working in newly refurbished offices with plenty of free parking. There are kitchen facilities on site and the office is located a short walk from the town centre. This is a part time fixed term 3-month position with a full-time equivalent salary of £28,000. There is also the opportunity to work from home one day a week.
