HR Administrator - 2 days a week
My client is one of the leading transport operators based in Finsbury Park. They are currently recruiting for a Part Time (2 days a week) HR administrator on a 12-month FTC. This organisation is currently going through a period of change so are extremely busy. This is to join the HR team to assist with customer service and administration. You will work within a small team and will report directly into the HR team leaders.
*General administration - answering the phones, offer letters, project support
*Excellent customer service
*Work closely with the HR team leaders to ensure all administration is completed in a timely manor
*Assisting with Subject Access Request (SAR), issuing new staff bus pass, pay grading project data entry, process maps
Skills and Experience
Previous HR administration experience within a busy organisation
*Advanced Microsoft packages - Experience with V lookups
*Ideally would have recently completed a HR degree
* Cross checking spread sheets
*Have NO holidays booked until the end of September
This is a part time 12-month FTC opportunity paying between £20,000 - £20,914 per annum. The benefits include: Free annual travel pass, pension contribution and holiday allowance.
