Your new role
This role will suit a generalist HR professional that can hit the ground running. You will be responsible for end-to-end business and employee relations, including:
◾Lead the on-boarding journey for employees including inductions, assessments and appraisals;
◾Lead in reviewing and writing HR policies and procedures, as well as employee contracts;
◾Ensure compliance with employment contracts, policies, procedures and the law, including; absence and holiday management, disciplinary, capability and grievance procedures;
◾Deliver HR advice and training to Department Heads as appropriate; and
◾Manage the recruitment process, including the creation of job specifications, vacancy advertising, agency and candidate liaison.
What you'll need to succeed
- minimum of 2 years within a HR Manager role
- Experience working working within the legal sector would be highly advantageous
