EMEA HR Coordinator - Temp to perm - Tech Company

A tech company based near Liverpool street who are looking for an experienced EMEA HR Coordinator to join their collaborative team.

You will be working with the Europe HR team, you'll provide general onboarding support, answer HR & Benefits queries and to play an integral role in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) including entering, maintaining, auditing & processing sensitive employee data.

They are looking to hire on an initial 6-month temporary contract basis, but with the view to this role becoming permanent.

You must have experience working as a HR coordinator across EMEA/Europe

Job duties

• Onboarding coordination for new hires
• Supporting the team in creating and implementing new processes and procedures
• Assisting with creating internal training tools and process manuals
• Effectively handling any employee employment verification/reference requests
• Working closely with the Reward & Analytics team, as required, to ensure that our decisions are driven by high-quality, timely data
• Ensuring the highest level of accuracy for data entered into the Workday (HRIS) system
• Working with Talent Acquisition team to process any internal moves
• Following up with managers to ensure probation period survey feedback is received in a timely manner

You Must Have!

• 4+ years of HR experience in an international fast paced organization
• Experience should include a focus on HR
• Must have demonstrated effective multitasking and project management skills
• Candidate would need to bring a can do, entrepreneurial attitude and a focus on impact
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• BA/BSc preferably in HR, psychology or related disciplines

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in another European language

You must have experience working as a HR coordinator across EMEA/Europe
