HR Assistant/ HR Officer
We are delighted to work with an expanding business in Hereford to recruit an HR Assistant/Officer on a permanent basis.
This is a generalist role reporting into a senior HR professional on site. You will be the first point of contact for queries from the business and undertake HR activities across the entire lifecycle including; supporting any recruitment on site, all HR administration including starters and leavers, updating employee files, employee relations support, and supporting the development and creation of HR processes and policies.
This is a developmental role therefore you do not need to be very experienced in all areas but you will need strong administration skills and demonstrable experience providing support to a varied business and workforce. It would be very helpful if you have worked in logistics, manufacturing or engineering as in this position you will need to be confident, resilient and comfortable dealing with employees at all levels across the business from the warehouse through to the office.
