Reporting into an experienced Head of HR, you will have oversight and management for a small team who deliver commercial and proactive advice to a designated population. You will be guiding leaders through your employee relations advice and coach employees through the performance review process.
Employee engagement is high on the firm's agenda so you will be contributing to building a positive and inclusive working environment and championing values.
You will have extensive experience of working in HR within a commercial and corporate environment, ideally a multinational organisation. Relevant HR qualifications are highly desirable, as is previous experience of managing a small team.
