Our logistics client is recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team in Croydon. This is a regional role paying £60,000-£65,000.
Our client is looking for 2 Senior HR Business Partners for this role based in Croydon and the South East (Sussex and Kent)
Your new role
As a Senior HR Business Partner you will be responsible for the development and deployment of the People Plan for their stakeholders. This role will advise senior operational managers on appropriate People Plan activities to ensure alignment of these to the wider business strategy. The role will support defining and guiding the HR direction to support the delivery of the operational plan.
You will work as the business partner to the relevant senior operational managers, supporting on the People Plan elements, act as the key HR lead, consultant and coach for senior managers/leadership team.
You will be line managing a team of 1/2 other employees, reporting into the HR Director.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you will be a senior, heavy hitting HR Business Partner with a CIPD qualification. You must have experience of dealing with trade unions and have good knowledge of UK legislative frameworks and associated people policies/terms.
you must be flexible in terms of locations and have access to your own transport, you will be covering a wide area in Sussex.
