A generalist HR Advisor working as part of a HR team with a focus on Employee Relations
A 9 month FTC based on the outskirts of York
Client Details
A well established business based in York.
Description
- Working as part of a the wider HR team you will be responsible for delivering an efficient HR service across the business:
- First point of contact for all HR queries
- Advising, coaching and guiding line managers on all Employee Relations matter
- Updating employee files, letter templates
- Supporting wider HR team with HR related projects
Profile
- Have previously worked in a Senior HR Advisor/HR Advisor role
- Have excelletn employment law knowledge with the ability to manage an employee relations caseload
- Have the ability to communicate with stakeholders
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Have attention to detail with the ability to manage own workload
Job Offer
- Salary up to £36k per annum
- 9 month FTC
- Based on the outskirts of York with parking
