A highly acquisitive Facilities Management company is urgently looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join their London team.

This role is a great opportunity to join a growing multi-site business, providing full generalist support to key business units and partnering with senior business leaders to strategically and operationally evolve the HR function.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships across the business, partnering with senior leaders to ensure that the HR strategy is delivered efficiently and in line with the business needs
  • Ensuring the smooth and consistent delivery of the complete suite of generalist activities across a diverse and multi-site client group
  • Challenging, supporting and coaching the senior business managers in order to improve leadership capabilities and make better informed decisions
  • Ensuring a high performing culture and that the best talent in the market is being attracted and retained through performance management, succession planning and talent development
  • Design and deliver relevant developmental workshops to up-skill line managers across the business
  • Contribute to the wider HR team's objectives and support on any ad-hoc projects

Ideally the candidate will come from FM / Business Services / Retail sectors or similar multi-site industries, with a good understanding of hourly paid workforces and TUPE / Bid work. A clear and demonstrable background of success within the HR Generalist space at Senior BP or Manager level. A good foundation in delivering talent and L & D initiatives would be highly beneficial.
