Job Details
This role is a fully HR generalist role, being both transactional and strategic in managing the overall running of the HR function. This role is part of the senior leadership team and is very autonomous. This is a full time permanent role.

My client are a manufacturing business in Sussex.
Description
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle
- Managing recruitment for the whole business
- Take the lead on grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, absence and sickness management
- Actively participate as a member of the SMT
- Work autonomously and prioritise workload
- Coach and support managers in leadership development
- Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures and champion this throughout the organisation
- Strategise on consistent improvement and efficiency of the HR function
Profile
- You will ideally be CIPD qualified
- You will have previously worked in a HR generalist role
- You will be able to prioritise your workload effectively and work autonomously
- You will have previous experience managing a HR function, ideally in a manufacturing environment
