A high-end cosmetic retail brand, are looking for an immediately available Recruiter from a Retail/ Hospitality/ Leisure background, with in-house experience, based in Central London.

The successful Recruitment Specialist will advise and partner with all hiring managers (Store Managers, Area Managers, Account Managers and Head Office) to reach the best recruitment decisions and results, as well as enhance brand awareness through engaging and impactful activities and initiatives.

The successful Recruitment Specialist will work in a small team, reporting directly to the Head of HR and is initially a 9 month FTC.

Responsibilities include;

Attract and manage end to end Recruitment across Head Office and Retail stores

Coordinate, present and conduct competency based candidate interviews

Provide proactive resourcing advice and guidance to line managers

Training of all hiring managers, including Store Managers on local recruitment

Create and maintain job descriptions

Liase with agencies and build supporting relationships

Work closely with the HR Manager on recruitmnet budgeting and strategy for 2020Be a brand ambassador and represent the Brand at appropriate internal and external events

Experience and skills required;

Previous experience of Recruiting within Retail/ similar industries is essential

A clear understanding of Recruitment processes

Experience working in an internal recruitment function (3 years+ experience is ideal)

Experience working with/ advising on Recruitment budget

Exceptional MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Good time management skills and ability to prioritise a heavy workload

Excellent organisational skills

Meticulous attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confident to deal with stakeholders at all levels

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
