HR Advisor - Flexible working

This charity organisation provides vital support to people across the length and breadth of Wales. They help over 8,000 people per year and have projects with 19 different local authorities. This organisation employs over 300 people and houses a busy HR and OD function with a talented group of HR professionals. Due to an internal promotion / secondment there is a 12 month fixed term role available as a HR Advisor.
Your new role
You'll be an employee facing HR expert who will be involved in a wide range of work, mostly related to supporting managers with employee relations case work, sickness / absence management, performance management etc. The role will see you partnering with various areas of the business and will give you the opportunity on occasion to work across Wales. You'll be involved with coaching, advising and mentoring managers to ensure continuous improvement in their ability to manage their staff. As and when required you may be involved in TUPE processes, recruitment, l&D etc as well.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a HR Officer or Advisor with experience in managing employee relations case work, you'll be CIPD qualified and have sound employment law knowledge. You'll be a values based individual who believes in charity and in improving the lives of others.
