An exciting HR Advisor opportunity has arisen, working for a small Law firm based in Central London. In this role, you'll work in a small team, reporting directly to the HR Manager.
Your new role
In your new HR Advisor position, you'll have a broad range of responsibilities, supporting across the employee lifecycle. Specifically, you'll manage monthly payroll processing with the Finance Director, handle Pension and Benefits administration, have full autonomy with company 'Wellness Programs', and oversee a dedicated Legal Secretary client base on all HR-related issues. Furthermore, you'll have an involvement in ER-related issues including disciplinary, absence management and grievance cases.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll have secured, or be working towards your CIPD 5 and ideally will come from a Professional Services background. You'll have developed your skill set and understanding of the employee lifecycle, having worked in a central HR Assistant role and will be looking to step up to an Advisory capacity. Ideally, you'll have exposure to handling a Legal Secretary client base.
