Do you have a proven record of delivering complex HR projects in a demanding environment? Our client is undertaking significant fast-paced improvements across the business to improvement their journey. In order to achieve this they have embarked upon a massive transformation programme, which consists of a number of key HR projects that are critical to the future success and financial stability of the business. This role is a permanent full time opportunity. **Some homeworking is available

They are on a rapid change journey, with new management, innovative approaches, energy and ambition. The role will require you to co-ordinate, oversee and manage a project in its entirety, ensuring that it is delivered on time and to budget. A track record of managing a wide range of complex HR projects or programmes is essential
Alongside the specific role person requirements we are looking for people who have:

·A track record of managing a wide range of complex projects or programmes
·Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
·The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners/professionals
·Proven problem solving skills with the capacity to devise and implement innovative solutions
·A forward thinking, positive and action oriented attitude
·Excellent organisational skills
·A genuine interest in making a difference a delivering change for the people of Surrey
·Experience and/or knowledge of projects in community protection, environment and or transport (desirable but not essential)
