Full generalist HR experiece with a blended mix of operational and Strategic HR.

The client is a well established manufacturing business based in Bradford.

This is a newly created HR Manager position so an opportunity to stamp your mark
Description
- Advise and co-ordinate any proposed restructures or redundancy programmes.
- Recruitment and on-boarding of new starters.
- Providing training and coaching to line managers on policies and procedures, changes to legislation, and people management.
- Maintaining a neutral link between management and employees helping to cultivate strong working relationships.
- Developing and implementing HR strategy in line with operational business targets.
Profile
- Previous experience working as an HR Manager or similar
- Previous experience of working in a standalone generalist HR position
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
Job Offer
£35,500 to £38,000 plus free car parking
