Global legal firm with an excellent reputation and a market leading position across EMEA, the America's and Asia. Employing c2,500 professionals across EMEA they provide leading financial services and multi-national corporations with the full business-law service.
As they embark on a period of cultural change and invest in their people capability they are looking to appoint an influential ER Manager on a permanent basis. In this role you will strive to create an environment whereby Managers are equipped to make well informed decisions regarding the management of their people and drive forward the performance strategy and culture. You will also lead and develop an advisory team of four, who support the UK business, as well as partner with HR BP's on ER matters and deliver your own complex ER cases.
You will be working with a corporate, professional population and consequently the UK HRD, the hiring manager, seeks an ER Manager with a proven track record of building relationships and influencing in a legal, accountancy or renowned commercial environment. You will have led HR or ER based teams previously, be comfortable with complex, high profile casework and be able to illustrate how you have successfully upskilled Management regarding performance matters.
Remuneration includes a base salary of £70,000 with company benefits.
