This role can be based in either Leeds or Manchester. The Learning and Talent Manager will report to the HR Director who is located in their London hub. You will be responsible for maximising the performance of the organisation by designing and managing learning frameworks and tools to ensure that staff and managers have the right skills and behaviours to achieve the people and business plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of the learning plan and review the current in house learning programme. We are seeking an individual who has strong learning, talent and organisation design experience and someone who can enhance digital awareness across the organisation. Experience in E-Learning and new innovative ways to learn is important for this role. The role:Lead on the development on policies and procedures including leading on career development strategy, talent management and succession planning strategy, design and deliveryProven experience within E-LearningLead on the design, management and deliver of development initiatives which provide management with the skills and behaviours to deliver the business strategic goalsBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal key stakeholders to support the ID, development and delivery of development activities.Responsibility of managing the learning budgetWork collaboratively with HR colleagues to ensure learning and development activities are identified and delivered when there are changes to HR systems, processes and policies, as well as learning required to support organisational change programmes.
