Interim Payroll Advisor
An employer of choice in the Wigan area is seeking an experienced Payroll Advisor to join their busy HR & Payroll team, initially for a period of 6 months.
Key focus areas:
*Oversee monthly payroll activities for c1,000 employees
*Create, maintain and updating all payroll processes including new starters, leavers, bonus calculations and contract changes
*Ensure complex and technical employee salary and payroll queries are dealt with and resolved
*Responsible for all reporting from payroll in line with HR and business requirements.
*Experience of working within a payroll environment, managing end to end payroll
*Be up to date with all relevant payroll and HMRC legislation
*Experience of and the ability to work to tight deadlines
*Highly organised and flexible individual
*Strong IT skills
