A leading creative fashion brand, based in North West London are looking for an experienced Recruiter who can hit the ground running, initially on a temporary basis due to movements in the team.

The successful Talent Acquisition Partner will have head Office Recruitment experience and will be managing the Merchandising, Buying, Garment technologist and Design vacancies.

Responsibilities include;

Work closely with internal stakeholders to pre-empt and understand requirements

Manage end to end Recruitment across Head Office

Inject creativity to new candidate attraction methods

Coordinate, present and conduct competency based candidate interviews

Provide proactive resourcing advice and guidance to line managers

Create and maintain job descriptions

Liase with agencies and build supporting relationships

Be a brand ambassador

Experience and skills required;

Previous experience of Recruiting within Retail/ Fashion similar industries is advantageous

Previous experience of Recruiting across Buying and Merchandising roles is essential

Experience working in an internal recruitment function

Experience working with/ advising on Recruitment budget

Proven experience working within a fast paced, creative environment

Excellent organisational skills

Meticulous attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confident to deal with stakeholders at all levels

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
