HR Manager

Your new company

A nationwide logistics company with over 200 sites and over 15,000 employees. This company is leading in their field and strive to add value to people through their expertise. They offer career progression and in-depth training for all their employees. They are looking for a HR Manager in their Swindon site due to internal promotion.

Your new role

You will be responsible for the overall management of HR at the Swindon site including ER issues, implementing HR strategies and covering recruitment and selection. You will also be ensuring all legal legislation is met and be working with the local union.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be able to demonstrate HR experience in the areas above. CIPD qualified would be advantageous in this role. Strong communication skills and a sound knowledge of the current employment law would be beneficial.

What you'll get in return

You will receive £40,000 per annum plus a benefits package including 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), a pension scheme, the option to purchase extra holidays and a discount scheme.
