I am delighted to be recruiting for an In-House Recruiter for a world class and market leading Professional Services firm in Bath. This organisation has a global presence operating in 21 countries with circa 1800 employees. They focus their recruitment on resourcing, retaining and developing talent around the globe to ensure they deliver innovative solutions.

As the Internal Recruiter you will deliver an end to end Recruitment process which is timely and cost effective for your client group. You will identify talent through various methods, to include social media and headhunting. You will pre-screen and shortlist potential candidates working with your stakeholders ensuring you match skill set as well as team fit. You will build a talent pipeline for your client base allowing you to resource quickly and efficiently. Due to the nature and location of some of your roles you will need to demonstrate innovate solutions and up to date market knowledge allowing you to demonstrate credibility with your stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will need to have solid recruitment experience gained in house or within an agency. Ideally you will come from a technical background and if you have had exposure to recruiting within Professional Services this will be a huge advantage. You will have the ability to source candidates using various methods including working with agencies and Applicant Tracking Systems. You will be a strong communicator both verbally and written with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.

Any experience of recruiting globally will be of real interest but is not essential as full training will be given.

Salary is circa £30K depending on experience with a good benefits package. This role is easily commutable from surrounding areas and offers a great working environment. The organisation has some impressive growth plans which will allow you to really develop giving you more responsibility within this role.
