HR Business Partner
We have partnered with a global leader in search of a HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis. You will support and work alongside the HR Director and HR team creating innovative HR solutions, challenging senior leaders in their thinking and status quo.
- Review the reward strategy to reflect industry/market along with creating tailored solutions promoting personal career progressions.
- Responsible for talent and performance frameworks, retention and talent attraction.
- Key focus around employee engagement, driving initiatives, working closely with the group objective to reduce onshore cost.
- Drive reward initiatives and solutions that deliver business benefit and at the same time are geared towards our business prioritie
- HR effectiveness through leading HR Strategy to ensure that we have a cohesive and cost-effective set of HR services and People Change initiatives which meet the needs of key accounts and align with Group direction.
- Fluent in understanding and using all HR and business metrics and how they impact on business performance with high level of commercial awareness.
- Able to use analytics and data to inform routine decision making
