A London based Property Investment and Development firm are recruiting for an HR Assistant to join their team. As HR Assistant, responsibilities will include:Recruitment and inductionRecording all speculative applicationsSupporting team as required with scheduling and arranging interviews and liaising with candidates as requiredAssisting with organizing recruitment meetingsProducing contracts and offer lettersPre-screening checks for new joinersOrganizing inductionsHR operationsProviding advice and guidance to staff and managers on people policies and processesManaging contractual processes and changesMonitoring probation periods for new joiners and administering holiday and sickness absenceManaging day-to-day benefits queriesHR processes and proceduresAssisting with reviewing and developing HR processes and ensuring they are GDPR compliantProcessing invoices as requiredTraining CoordinationProducing relevant statisticsMaintaining PSL of training providers and assisting with budgetHR SystemMaintaining and making sure all up to dateAssisting with system related projects or processesCommittee report preparationDeveloping and maintaining an understanding of the Board and Executive Committee report topicsPreparing and formatting HR reportsMaintaining and preparing Succession and Talent documentsHR ProjectsDiversity & inclusion initiativesEmployee engagement initiativesAs HR Assistant, you will possess:Minimum 3 years' experience working as HR Assistant or equivalentAdept at working in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExperience of working with a professional workforceStrong IT skillsIf this HR Assistant role is of interest, please apply directly.
