Michael Page HR is working with a growing organisation who are looking for an outstanding HR Administrator to join their growing HR team.

Client Details

Our client is an innovative and customer focused organisation who are currently going through a period of growth. This a great opportunity to join them as they continue to develop and grow the HR function.

Description

As HR Administrator you will work as part of a small team and will support them by managing the administration for all stages of the employee life-cycle. You will also support the recruitment process and will work with the other HR Advisors and the Head of HR on key projects.

Another key part of this role is to support the L&D Manager with training administration. This will involve updating the training database and arranging training courses with both internal and external parties.

Finally, you will also be responsible for creating HR reports and analysis on key areas such as turnover, absence and sickness.

Profile

In order to be considered for this HR Administration role, you will have gained some exposure to HR in a previous role and will have knowledge of the employee lifecycle.

You may also have good systems knowledge and ideally advanced Excel skills. An eye for detail is a must for this role as you will be preparing important documents on a regular basis and with little supervision.
