A forward thinking and influential international organisation is looking for an interim SuccessFactors specialist/solutions architect to play a crucial role with their global implementation. You will be responsible for the functional support, change and configuration of SuccessFactors modules. Working closely with the business you will be responsible for delivering and providing functional support, analysis, configuration/change and continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to add value within this global organisation going through a period of change.

Accountabilities include:

  • Leading and assisting your stakeholders in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post implementation support of the SuccessFactors modules
  • Supporting the Global Head with implementation strategy, operational metrics, business case development and performance measurement
  • Supporting end to end solution design and processes supported by SuccesFactors modules
  • Ensuring solutions proposed are aligned with business requirements and existing system configuration
  • Overlooking User acceptance testing, scenarios and scripts, participating in business readiness testing
  • Responsibility for Quality Assurance of the implementation design across the functionalities

Skills & Experience

  • Must have gained the above experience within a global commercial organisation
  • Must be Certified in Employee Central, Onboarding and recruitment
  • Must have experience of end to end implementation of SuccessFactors across suite modules (eg Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruitment)
  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills
