Job description:
Fyte HR are delighted to be working exclusively with this fantastic brand in Surrey to recruit a Learning and Development Consultant to join them on a 6-12 month FTC. This a part-time role 3-4 days per week. Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, you will be responsible for supporting the business to ensure it continues to and inspire world class talent by implementing creative and effective interventions that inspire learning in the employee population.
This will role will focus on driving the current management development programme to ensure managers are progressing through the programme, as well as designing new creative ways to ensure uptake of this programme. You will be responsible for sourcing external suppliers and partnering with them to design and deliver leading edge programmes.
The successful candidate should have:
Extensive knowledge and experience in driving uptake and employee participation of management development
Experience in writing engaging communications to drive uptake of learning interventions
Must have excellent project management, planning and organization skills
Extensive experience in running and delivering learning campaigns to drive user engagment and uptake
Good analytical skills, including problem solving, with an ability to take ownership for problem resolution
Awareness and understanding of current technological developments within learning & development
Experience of advising users on how to make best use of learning solutions to meet the needs of a diverse user base and deliver user satisfaction

Minimum of 5 years' experience working within learning and development function with a key focus on management development
Demonstrable experience working with challenging populations within a fast paced modern technology business
Pro-active and confident team player who is also able to work autonomously
Detail orientated with the ability to work under pressure
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, being flexible in approach to meet stakeholder requirements
Confident communicator and able to communicate effectively both verbally and written to different audiences
Can build and maintain strong, effective, collaborative relationships
Plans and prioritises work load
Demonstrates that they can be flexible and are quick to adapt their thinking and approach as needed
Demonstrates a collaborative approach by sharing accurate and meaningful information and ideas openly with others and always strives to meet the expected standards of quality and reliability
