Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this highly specialised / niche Organisation based near Abingdon / Didcot to recruit a talented HRIS Advisor on a permanent basis.

Do you have a keen interest in extracting and analysing HR data? Do you want to use your strong IT skills to help the Organisation understand how its people are performing?

You will be responsible for writing and providing reports and analysis of management information from HR systems for the HR team and management. You will be the HR system "guru" and will ensure that the HR team are able to provide the management information that the organisation requires. You will train and coach the HR team to ensure that they have the capability to extract and interpret data. You will also support the equality, diversity and inclusion agenda through EDI reporting.

Skills / qualifications:

  • Understanding of HR/L&D/People Systems
  • Excellent database and Excel skills
  • Good analytical and organisational skills
  • Ability to benchmark data externally
  • Ability to coach and train others on data extraction / reporting
  • Experience in data extraction and manipulation
