A Global Insurance Business currently have a new opportunity available for a Recruitment Marketing Specialist on a 12 month basis initially.

Working closely with the Global Recruitment Marketing Manager this role will be responsible for:

Content creation

  • Proactive, creative flair for creating content to share across a variety of platforms
  • Ability to produce flawlessly written content from articles and blogs to social media posts featuring colleagues from around the world
  • Creation and optimisation of video content globally, from arranging video shoots

Social media management

  • Day-to-day management of global careers social media channels, (currently Facebook, Twitter and Glassdoor)
  • Ensure corporate channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram) are used effectively from an employer brand viewpoint
  • Collaborate proactively with the Inclusion & Diversity team
  • Report on key social media metrics

External careers site

  • Work with creative agencies to understand how to better optimise the careers site

External employer brand guardian

  • Manage the employer brand collateral on Brand Central
  • Proactively monitor the brand presence and ensure that all external candidate touch points have a consistent look, feel and tone of voice
  • Ensure open dialogue is maintained with our Corporate Brand and Marketing team so that our external employer brand grows in line with our corporate brand

Localisation

  • Support local recruiters in their talent attraction strategies by utilising digital channels

Project management

  • Support and collaborate on additional projects as and when required with the Global Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand Manager

  • Proactive, collaborative, execution-driven attitude
  • Creative flare
  • Ability to learn quickly and bring new ideas to the table
  • Experience in managing multiple social media accounts for a global company
  • Flawless use of English
  • Ability to flex written style for a multitude of purposes, audiences, geographies
