HR and OD Analyst and Planner role for a public sector client in Brighton for a 6 month FTC.
Your new company
Our public sector client is recruiting for a HR and OD Analyst and Planner to support 700 employees following a restructure. Located just outside of Brighton train station, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to work in a brand new role and have the opportunity to shape the current HR team of 25.
Your new role
You will work across the whole HR team to maintain HR operational plans, be conduit between the business and HR on a variety of HR related projects, pulling on subject matter experts where required and ensuring project governance and timings are adhered to. You will be working closely with the HR Information and MI role holder to provide timely and informative analysis on all aspects of HR and OD work.
This role is for a 6 month FTC to cover a maternity leave.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you will need to have experience of working in an organisation and development or HR environment with excellent analytical skills and experience in communicating analytical findings in a simple way.
What you'll get in return
