Job description:
 

Do you have extensive experience in Payroll and looking for a new challenge? Do you want to work for nationally recognised and well established company?

Our client is currently recruiting for a Payroll Officer 6 month FTC to join their lively and well recognised team! They are looking for an experienced Payroll person who has knowledge of all things Payroll including all the relevant legislation.

Main Duties:

·         Handling monthly end to end Payroll for all members of staff

·         Assisting with all Payroll related queries

·         Advising the HR team including HR Business Partners on all Payroll matters

·         Handling all general queries from employees and governmental bodies

·         Liaising with the Payroll vendor and overseeing the processing and approving matters

·         Supporting any benefit related projects

·         Handling the internal and external auditing process

·         System testing before annual launches

 Requirement:

·         Extensive ADP Freedom Experience

·         Comfortable with manual calculations

·         A professional and confident approach to work

·         Ability to take ownership and responsibility for critical key areas of work

·         Good IT Skills
