Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor

I am excited to be supporting an international consumer brand in Surrey, in their search for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor. This is initially for 12 months, paying up to £45,000.

Working alongside a small recruitment team of 3, you will be working closely with hiring managers, managing the psychometric tests, managing offers, and carrying out salary benchmarking for a variety of roles. This will allow you to build and develop fantastic relationships with senior stakeholders in the business and really make a difference.

You will mainly be focusing on supply chains, procurement, and operations. This will allow you to develop your expertise in this market and build upon yout knowledge.

You will also be line managing a junior resourcer, who will be a fantastic support for you in the recruitment you carry out.
