HR Business Partner/ People Partner

I am delighted to exclusively work with a fast growth Retail organisation in Manchester to recruit a permanent HR Business Partner in Manchester. You will be responsible for supporting the national sales team of approx. 100 employees who have experienced significant growth and will continue to expand throughout the course of this year.

You will have a very broad and generalist remit, responsible for all reactive and proactive initiatives within your stakeholder group. Your scope will cover the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, on-boarding, managing employee records and the induction of new starters. You will support all employee relations casework and people issues from managing performance and probation reviews through to disciplinary and grievances.

You will work alongside other people partners on employee engagement initiatives, ensuring that no matter how remote the teams are, everyone feels engaged with the wider business. You will work with managers and senior management to coach develop and upskill capabilities - both hard and soft skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HRBP/ People Partner comfortable with travel to join an international, fast growth business and make a impact at the beginning of their UK journey. To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate solid experience as HR Business Partner supporting multiple sites or a national stakeholder group - requiring travel across the UK. You have experience working in fast growth and fast moving industries and organisations.

You are CIPD Qualified or on the way to securing this qualification. You have excellent communication skills, you are highly organised and have the ability to engage and influence at all levels. You are an expert in employment law and legislation allowing you confidently advise, build and develop excellent stakeholder relationships.
