HR Talent Specialist Job - Central London - £125 per day - 5 Month Contract - Professional Services -

Your new company
This Professional Services firm are looking for a HR Talent Specialist until the end of January 2020 to provide an efficient scheduling service to the company.

Your new role
You will be responsible for ensuring employees are deployed effectively to meet business needs whilst ensuring skill and career development opportunities are utilised within the business. You will be involved in managing training and inductions for new starter groups. It will have a focus on reviewing new starters preferences on future roles, reviewing their interests and providing guidance on their next steps within the company.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have prior experience working within the talent division preferably within professional services. You will have experience dealing with senior stakeholders and managing talent fulfilment within a company.
You will need to be immediately available to start and able to commit until the end of January.
