Page Personnel are working with a globally-recognised professional services organisation in Sheffield who are actively seeking a HR Advisor to add value to their HR function. Working as part of a close-knit HR team, the successful candidate will manage first-line E.R cases and provide a consultative service to key clients in the surrounding area. Candidates will possess demonstrable ability to manage high volume E.R caseloads and CIPD level 5 is preferred.

Description

In a fast-paced and varied HR Advisor role based in Sheffield, roles and responsibilities will include:

Delivering a full range of HR services to clients, producing work of the highest possible standard, while complying with employment legislation and statutory regulations, policies and procedures

Providing an accurate and timely remote HR service, responding to telephone and email enquiries and supporting HR cases, ensuring accurate and timely recording of information

Ensuring a customer centric approach in the provision of services to support client retention

Provide on-site support for clients as required, including advising at meetings, hearings, appeals, investigations

Ensuring client retention through effective relationship management and also identify opportunities to develop and grow the business

Profile

Demonstrable ability of handling difficult and sensitive redundancy, discipline, capability and grievance casework

Experience of establishing credibility with clients and communicating simply and persuasively about HR issues with non HR specialists

Up to date knowledge, understanding and practical application of employment legislation and issues including diversity in employment

Ability to provide clear verbal and written advice

Ability to use IT systems to deliver HR services - ie enquiry management, casework recording

Job Offer
