Our client is a leading information and communication technology company who offer a full range of technology products, solutions, and services. The business is currently going through a significant period of change and transformation as they innovate their products creating new business growth opportunities.

This is a newly created role for a Lead / Senior HR business partner reporting in to the VP HR for UK and Europe. You will take the lead for the largest business area in the UK business partnering the VP for Technology (c4000) leading a team of 6 HR Business Partners spread geographically. The focus of the role is the transformation of the business to adapt to the fast-paced change within the technology sector. Looking at the talent agenda and how to address getting the business ready for this changing landscape. The HR BP Lead's role will be to challenge the business leaders to own the skills agenda and working closely with the talent development lead and key stakeholders to get the right skills into the business.

We are looking for a senior HR business who has demonstrable experience in talent planning, creating long term change in large organisations. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to working pragmatically and the ability to positively challenge and change ways of thinking. You will be an accomplished HR business partner with well development relationship influencing skills and have the ability to step back and see how you can affect the change required. A commercial approach to HR is essential in supporting both internal and external customers. We are looking for an individual who has the ability to step into this role, develop and potentially progress into a bigger role in the future. You will also have a track record of delivering large scale change where you have taken responsibility and led transformation.
