We’re looking for a Head of Talent to join a prominent and admired brand that is acclaimed across the world.   Culturally hip and agile, this is an opportunity to design and develop a talent strategy that will create a systemic change on how they will acquire, grow, and reward colleagues to achieve their next stage of business growth.

It’s a propitious time to join the HR tribe as their first Talent guru, and once you’ve familiarised yourself with the culture and business ambitions, here lies the opportunity to create their first joined-up talent strategy connected across all pillars of the employee lifecycle.

With a thoughtful approach, you’ll interpret data to provide useful insights that will help to drive decisions, priorities and investment for the current and future talent agenda, aligned to support desired business outcomes.  Considering short and long term aspirations you’ll define and articulate; a clear EVP that will help to attract the best people, embed an L&D vision that will unlock potential and encourage colleagues to flourish, underpinned by a reward and recognition philosophy that motivates and retains colleagues across the globe.

Leading the team of talent acquisition and learning partners, plus a reward analyst, you’ll help to develop their effectiveness as a truly integrated ‘talent’ team with sound communication, engagement and leadership skills.  In collaboration with the broader HR team you’ll help to embed the talent strategy across multiple countries and cultures, building strong relationships with commercial leaders and their broader communities.

We are very aware that reward is unlikely to be a skill within your current toolkit, and that’s fine, as there is a technical expert within the team here to support you.  However, as a Talent Guru, you’ll have grown into your shoes developing a sound understanding for all things talent.  You may - or may not - have accountability for both acquisition and development in your current role, but you’ll have certainly grown up in a culture and environment where there is a holistic approach to talent with strong evidence of practical application in a fast moving environment.  Experience of working across multiple countries is a must-have please.  This is an amazing place to work; it’s edgy, fast, and fun – sound like a fit?  We’d love you to tell us more.
